I am a little disappointed with the…minor problem I am a little disappointed with the time it takes to receive my order, even asking about it takes longer than other companies to get a reply.. Love the product,, nothing like roasted green chiles anyone that’s had the. Know what I mean, they are delicious

Great Service and Great Chile Being late in the season I had questions about freshness and shipping. Everyone I talked to via email and the chat was prompt and informative. My chile shipped on a Tuesday, arrived on Wednesday, and I roasted it that Saturday. If I am unable to get chile in stores here in Florida again next hear I will definitely be ordering again from the Hatch Chile Store.

Great customer service My order had been damaged during shipping. Hatch Chile Store resent the order, no questions asked, for me. We are anxiously awaiting our package, and hopefully the carrier will be more careful this time! Thank you for your prompt response to this issue and for helping us to get our order.

Not only great tasting peppers Not only great tasting peppers, salsas, and food but very fast shipping, everything showed up still frozen solid and it sat on my front porch for a day because it beat me home. I ordered some Chli Rellenos and some beef Chimichangas. It was awesome to come home find it and eat some for dinner only to find out they are absolutely delicious. I will definitely be ordering some more. Not sure if I will be sharing any of this order it’s just great for a quick dinner or lunch.

Great Fresh Hatch Chiles We ordered fresh Hatch chiles, which arrived promptly and were in perfect condition. There were a lot! We made four batches of fresh red Hatch chile sauce from a recipe on the internet. It was easy and did not take long to make each batch. Making four batches, the time added up, but we now have them individually frozen, and each one will get a different use. They were incredibly delicious and just hot enough (these were medium heat chiles.)
