New Experience I am enjoying my second week of brand new food. I must say that I do experience more energy and require less sleep. I feel like I am detoxing which is the purpose of this experience. My weight has dropped 3 1/2 lbs. I am getting used to some "new" food and tastes. Interesting!

Yummy! Great food delivered in a timely fashion and very responsive to requests to change order when done before deadline. Was proactive in notifying me that a shipment would be delayed one week due to holiday. Five stars! (Still TBD if this will help me lose weight - I just started.)

I have tried multiple meal delivery services and this is by far the best-it has everything I've been looking for-healthy, plant based meals, freshly made and fully prepared, and affordable pricing. Great customer service as well. I highly recommend!

Macro expensive with no listed ingredients Very very expensive. We liked few of the meals and not others -no ingredients listed-when I called I was told there would be ingredients listed( I have latex, rubber tree plant allergies) Food was filling but not sure of serving sizes -I ordered family for a week -there was one container of soup and no other sides?

Excellence , reliability, taste and health I have been receiving delivery of Macro Mediterranean dishes for over a year now. I love the variety, the taste, the ingredients which involve generally beans, vegetables and a variety of high fiber grains. It is not too spicy, dishes freeze well, and I can specify which dishes I prefer. I receive 6 meals a week plus a side of vegetables, and this covers me for both lunch and dinner. Highly recommended.
