Good flavor but fatty and too moist This last batch had significantly more fat in the pre-portioned 2 ounce bags. I also noticed it seems the meat didn't dry as long as was closer to jerky than biltong. Flavor is good, but feel like due to the recent spike in demand for biltong, this batch may have been rushed.

Best Biltong Your Biltong is some of the best I’ve had north of the equator. Great flavor and great price for some tasty Biltong. We’ve ordered twice and see several more orders in my future.
