Future POS has been great Future POS has been great. I wish the weekend would batch for each day instead of all together. Sometimes it makes it difficult to reconcile if the deposits are off. Other than that everything is great.

Future POS was great in transitioning… Future POS was great in transitioning us to the new credit card system. There were a few problems with the connection at first, but they were right on top of it and solved the issues immediately. As a restaurant owner & operator, it can be very frustrating when things are working properly during a busy Friday night, but they are always there for us 24/7 which is what I love about the company. We started working with apex who uses… We started working with apex who uses the future POS in September of 2017. They have tremendously help our company's efficiency improve in no time. They have always answered questions and helped out with any sort of power outages we may have experienced right away. James is great to deal with and would highly suggest working with them and their programs if possible.

Great in all reapects Great in all reapects! We use Positive in multiple locations, we have used other companies in the past, the difference with Future is that they seem to truly understand how restaurants actually work! Also I must mention Dan Fite, he is my primary contact, and from the start has always made me feel that he appreciates not only my business but my input as well!
