Needs better packaging Needs better packaging. The process of ordering was easy and there seemed to be a good variety of options and the shipping charges were very reasonable. The problem was the packaging... it wasn't very insulated and 5 packages of bacon were kept cool with two small ice packs -- which, not surprisingly, were complete melted upon arrival and the bacon was all room temperature. I had no idea if the bacon was shipped frozen and had completely thawed or if it was shipped fresh and I would be able to freeze for later use. There was nothing in the package about how it was shipped and whether I could freeze (or refreeze) it safely.

All in all pretty good service All in all pretty good service my only gripe would be that USPS left the package clearly labeled “perishable” in the middle of my sidewalk in the hot sun. Luckily my roommate got home not to long after and was able to take it inside and put it in the fridge.

Poor Customer Service Web site said 10% off but wouldn't apply. Also offered Pancake package free with order of certain amount. I was also not provided that at check out. Emailed and was told they would look into it, that was over a week ago, order has arrived and no discount or free offerings provided as well as no response. So unfortunately, I was really excited to have found Bacon Freak but the service is not worth future dealings at this point.

Bought this as a gift Bought this as a gift, bacon as a gift... HECK YEA? The ordering, tracking, confirmation and insanely quick delivery was almost therapeutic it was so easy. Can't wait till I order some for myself; and, yes, the recipient couldn't believe bacon could taste like that.

Great burgers! Their food is so lit! Really like what they're doing with all this bacon. My delivery arrived hot and everything was delicious. I'll order more often from Bacon Freak, it's just ammazzing fast food.
