Our humble beginnings start in Buffalo, NY we are driven by our community and love to inspire all with our Sofrito. Our ingredients are carefully selected to match our recipes quality and authenticity that our ancestors used back then to equally taste and save the tradition of our heritage and to delight your taste büds today. The word "Sofrito" is Spanish and means to lightly fry something, such as by sauteing or stir-frying. It’s a technique that the Spanish colonists brought with them when they settled in the Caribbean and Latin America beginning in the late 1400s. It's a fragrant blend of herbs and spices used to season countless dishes, such as stews, beans, rice, alcapurrias, and occasionally meat.
