I would've given 5 stars but still need to work out some bugs on the website. Excellent customer service though!

GBI love everything about Dailycious I love everything about Dailycious! So grateful to be referred by my nutritionist and to find them. I'm a good cook and enjoy cooking but I found that as an only parent balancing work and mothering duties, I was overwhelmed with shopping, cooking, and cleaning up. What a dream come true to have delicious kosher meals delivered to my door. My son and I love every single thing we've tried over the last month. I feel like I've been eating in a restaurant and my 9 year old is enjoying more vegetables. When I had a challenge on the website, I received a prompt, friendly and helpful reply along with follow up to see how I enjoyed our first shipment. It's been a month now and I am so happy to have made this a part of our lives and to have more time for quality connection with my little boy. Bonus that I hadn't expected, environmentally friendly packaging with makes me feel so good. Thank you Sam & Dailycious!

GBThe customer support team is terrible The customer support team is terrible. I have tried three different ways to contact them: emails, an online chatting window, and filling out the form on their website. But nobody responds to me. And their website is really hard to use. I cannot find the first delivery date anywhere on their website. The "deliveries" tab seems only to show the upcoming deliveries, but it does not match the date I scheduled when I placed the order. And their email system is also buggy. When I placed my order, the confirmation email told me that "Your meals will be delivered to you on Sat, Mar 19, 2022". However, Mar 19 is the date I placed the order, not the date I want my first delivery.

GBHorrible service Horrible service. They sent the wrong order two weeks in a row, and did not respond to multiple emails and private messages. It’s a real shame because the food tastes amazing and fresh. They must not care about customer retention. I’m advising those who I recommended this service to initially, to stay away.
