GBLoved square eat Such a neat concept Such a neat concept. Instead of being The food of the future, they should be the food of the present. Nowadays, I find it so hard to eat clean and healthy with all those sauces mixed that the other meal plans vacuum sealed with the meat and vegetables, which are hard to digest, but these squares are very light and fulfilling; I'd say the perfect quantity is 5 squares per meal.

GBHad the sea bass and asparagus today Had the sea bass and asparagus today; six minutes in the air fryer; I was surprised at how much flavor! Needed no extra seasoning; only had those two squares; feel totally satiated. I'm definitely going to keep this up!

GBPoor Delivery I never got to try Squareat because the first time I ever ordered, the delivery person did not ring the doorbell or text me, so the package went missing. (I never have problems with stolen packages.) I tried contacting customer service, but because they package was considered "delivered," they not only would not give me a refund or replacement, but wouldn't even give me a discount to try again! I spent $150 for nothing.

GBI'm a person who enjoys eating sweets I'm a person who enjoys eating sweets, but several times I had sugar problems because of that, so I needed to find a solution, a guilt-free dessert. I Found Squareat online and discovered The Hazelnut and Pistachio Square flavors. For an ice cream texture, I leave it in the freezer for 5 minutes, and it is ready to eat. So delicious!

GBGreat if you like cardboard The presentation was nice, and I like the cooler bag. But the food is like cardboard and I would never order again. I get that the point is convenience, but there are instant protein shakes or other options that taste way better. And also...the level of wastage is insane with the indie packs
