Everything I have ordered is top quality especially the taco & tostado fry baskets and even though I was sent one wrong item in my order the correct item was sent out immediately! Bruno needs to lighten up as every small business needs to take a vacation once in a while?

GBOrdered a product part for a carafe and… Ordered a product part for a carafe and talked to a representative who verified the items would fit. On receiving the items do, they not fit. Trying to return and was told I have to pay for shipping and also a 15 % restocking fee. Not worth the trouble, so beware when purchasing.

Trying to give the ‘benefit of the doubt’ under the circumstances, but I’m losing patience. Will wait through latest in stock date and if no I don’t receive a firm delivery date, will cancel order and request refund.
