GBimpenetrable casing of Salmon Sausage. Imagine my embarrassment when my guests started pulling pieces of rubber from their mouths after I had served them Salmon Sausages. It wasn't rubber but the casing was so chewy that it seemed like it. I peeled the sausages after they had been collected but by then it was too late. No one was interested in reheated but peeled sausage. One friend pulled out a twenty and gave it to a grandson with the remark, "Next time we come for dinner, get to McDonald's and bring back fish sandwiches".

GBLove it! I ordered the cod, and it came frozen solid, in the time frame the company said it would, and was very fresh! It's the best cod I've had since having it pulled out of the water! Great job!

GBPescatarian looking for fish options for the grill I ordered from Blue Circle Foods for the first time because I am a pescatarian, and I was looking for different options for grilling during the Summer. I received my order in a timely manner and the product is amazing! It is a little expensive to order directly, but until I can find these products in my local food stores, I will definitely order again!
