I love my protein. I love my protein. It taste good. I got the plant base protein and it’s so delicious. The only reason I gave a three star ⭐️ is because as a new customer I was not given any promotion or a free bottle shaker. I did email buddy Nutrition and I got that only a few promotions is given out. I share my feedback after that and never received a email back. Either way, I still like my protein and I just purchased a bottle shaker at my nearest grocery store.

Bad Product Bad Customer Service I ordered a personalized protein and I was SUPER excited at first. It took awhile for it to get delivered and I tried to contact them through chat and email to check on the status but they never responded. Eventually it arrived and the flavor was decent but I've had way better for cheaper so I cancelled my subscription. Then I tried to contact them through chat and email over 5 times to get refunded and I have yet to receive a reply from anybody. This company is a joke. I can't even find a phone number online to talk to a real person. Customer service should be a priority, especially when your product isn't as popular as others.

Found buddy through a facebook ad Found buddy through a facebook ad. Was a bit skeptical at first but was pleasantly surprised with the protein blend that they made for me after completing their little quiz. Received my protein within a week. It tasted good and the coolest part was that it had my name on the package!

Scam company! No customer service! This company looked promising when I initially signed up for the smoothie shots. I was so excited because I've never seen another company do this. Well it's been a month or close to it when I ordered for the first time and I havent recieved anything from them. No order, no customer service response. I've messaged them multiple times. This is a waste of time and a waste if money. This is so inexcusable. This is NOT a company, it's a SCAM. They take your money and wont ship the orders.

Not a Scam. Confirmed Product Delivery I want to write a review to say that this company is NOT a scam. I was a little concerned when I ordered the powder and didn't get any sort of confirmation email or tracking information, so I looked up reviews and grew more concerned. But literally a week after the estimated shipping date my product arrived. Not sure if the people in the reviews below actually didn't get their product or if they just didn't update their reviews, but I did receive mine. I am only giving 4 stars because I would have liked tracking information and their customer services never responded to my concerned email and their chat on their website has been disabled. But otherwise I really like the protein. I got the chocolate fudge flavor and it's really good. I felt very replenished after my workout yesterday and it's a good breakfast replacement in the morning. I'm happy with it and just wanted to say that this is not a scam.
