Not Australian as they claim They advertised that they were an Australian company but the order came from India. The chocolates I bought were badly metled and unedible. They charged $40 for a lindt chocolate tin that literally only had 5 chocolates in it. I'm furious

Jamun strips I'm a big fan of the jamun strips and they r difficult to get locally. I ordered from navafresh n I recieved exactly what I was looking for. Wud recommend navafresh to anyone looking for healthy food options.

NEVER TRUST NAVAFRESH ! This business is UNTRUSTWORTHY! I ordered from them in December last year and they still haven’t delivered ANYTHING and I’m STILL waiting for a refund in the end of February going into March!! They send multiple emails saying that they’re having “the team” check it but then they send the same generic email about “the team” doing this and that BUT nothing happens- so no product AND no refund?? DONT TRUST NAVAFRESH THEYRE LIARS AND THIEVES.

They will not contact me, No Information Being Provided. So far not having a very good experience with them. Got a confirmation email for my order, then a couple of days later got an email that my order was processed and getting ready to ship. No shipping information has been provided yet, can't get anyone to answer me by email or their online chat support. When I clicked on my e mail that said View Order they changed my confirmation date to today, despite me getting an email about it on December 31st.

Don't buy here This company sent products that had the expiry date blacked out with a marker pen. I complained explaining that this was unethical and they sent replacements.....also with the expiry date erased. Clearly when purchasing health products one expects transparency and honesty, my advice don't trust these people. They actually said they would refund me and then asked what else they could help me with. I would like to suggest that they can help us all by shutting their business down. Looking at the other reviews I am not alone
