Don't buy here This company sent products that had the expiry date blacked out with a marker pen. I complained explaining that this was unethical and they sent replacements.....also with the expiry date erased. Clearly when purchasing health products one expects transparency and honesty, my advice don't trust these people. They actually said they would refund me and then asked what else they could help me with. I would like to suggest that they can help us all by shutting their business down. Looking at the other reviews I am not alone

One of my packages came broke but… One of my packages came broke but Navafresh support were so quick to reach out and help me. They are so quick to change your order for you or resend your package if anything happens. And even if it takes a fair bit for your package to get to you (2 weeks) I can’t fault them tremendously for that since it’s international goods. So again, thank you so much :).

Sorry Ass Company Worst company ever. I will never, ever try to buy from them again. I've learned that any African, or Nigerian are out to get you for your money buying online. It was a purchase of 38.00 for some damn watermelon juice I paid for on 3/13/2024, and as of today 4/06/2024 I haven't received anything. I wish I can say what's really on my mind about this, but it won't let me send it like that. People, don't let em get you like they got me. It's not the amount, it's the principle. And I am pissed off...

They will not contact me, No Information Being Provided. So far not having a very good experience with them. Got a confirmation email for my order, then a couple of days later got an email that my order was processed and getting ready to ship. No shipping information has been provided yet, can't get anyone to answer me by email or their online chat support. When I clicked on my e mail that said View Order they changed my confirmation date to today, despite me getting an email about it on December 31st.

Bought few pickles from this seller and… Bought few pickles from this seller and appalled by their poor quality( opposite to what is advertised on their website). Exuberant price for the quality they deliver. Pathetic service Delivery time> 2 months!!! Delivered brand that was not ordered. Poor communcation AND again very poor quality products. Please refrain from buying from this website!!
