GBI have not received my item I ordered 1 item, an 8oz spice container, a week ago and have not received my order or any correspondence since payment was collected from Spice Enthusiast as to the status of my order. I am an unhappy customer and did not expect that 1 simple item is still awaiting shipment. I have reached out to the company for a resolution and might change my review if it is properly handled.

GBTotally UNRELIABLE and unresponsive! I placed an order through Amazon on 1-29-19. I received an alert that a shipping label had been created on 2-1-19 and got a tracking number. There were no tracking updates. As of today (2 weeks later) I have no product and repeated attempts to contact the seller through Amazon, direct email and telephone have gone unanswered. This seller is untrustworthy!!! Do NOT order from them!
