Perfect! Except... First off thank you! Everything came as described! However, I have one small issue. The letter was intended for my girlfriends cat. I mistakenly put my name on the letter as the intended recipient. This would not be an issue normally, but my name is not on the lease for the apt. Is there any way I could get another copy with a name change? The address and everything else would be the same. Thank you.

Give it a try! Initially, I was a little skeptical about getting an ESA letter offline but my primary doctor was sending me through unnecessary hoops, leaving me feeling frustrated and back at square one. I decided to go through with this option and was pleasantly surprised at the turnaround time and the professionalism of the ESA letters. Terrible experience Terrible experience. The renewal process is still incomplete. Per the website, 24hr email with paperwork via email. I didn’t receive it and I had to email them and then 6 days later I received it in the email with the wrong last name. I never received the hard paper copies which they were supposed to mail with tracking info. Also ordered an ESA ID 40834 the same time as the renewal documents on January 25th and we are now in the ending of February and they have still not submitted order nor tracking number. I have emailed them more than 4x and still ID not delivered. I called the customer service number and the person said they only answer by email. They don’t offer refunds. Frustrating company to work with, lack of communication, and incomplete orders.

Customer service is amazing Customer service is amazing! They are very responsive and really go out of their way to assist you. My papers came in the mail in about a week, but the digital copies showed up in my inbox after they reviewed and went through the process. This company deserves 5stars and more!
