Mistakes fixed quickly I received all documents in a timely manner, but my gender was wrong on all documents.I went back and checked and I put Mr. And male, but when I received the documents I was referred to as “her” and Ms. They quickly got back to me and updated the forms to be correct. Give it a try! Initially, I was a little skeptical about getting an ESA letter offline but my primary doctor was sending me through unnecessary hoops, leaving me feeling frustrated and back at square one. Running out of time I have reached out in regards to receiving the updated information for the letter to state my dogs name and breed information for the office personnel. Someone replied via email and asked all the questions and I responded but I still have not received any further documents to prevent my apartment from taking legal action
