Pizza Hut Title: Disappointing Experience at Sudbury Hill Pizza Hut Rating: 1/5 Review: My recent visit to the Sudbury Hill Pizza Hut was nothing short of a disappointment. What should have been a simple request turned into a frustrating and concerning ordeal that left me questioning the competence and professionalism of the staff. Upon entering the establishment, I made it clear to the employee taking my order that I do not consume pork. However, instead of acknowledging my request and ensuring that my dietary preferences were respected, I was met with confusion and indifference. The employee proceeded to ask if pepperoni, a pork-based topping, was acceptable, demonstrating a shocking lack of understanding of basic food ingredients. When I reiterated that I do not eat pork and reiterated my request, the employee suggested adding ham to my pizza, completely disregarding my initial statement. This level of carelessness and disregard for customer preferences is unacceptable in any establishment, let alone a reputable chain like Pizza Hut. Seeking clarification and resolution, I requested to speak with a manager. However, the individual who identified themselves as the manager proved to be just as inept and unhelpful as the initial employee. Despite my attempts to express my concerns and request contact information for higher management, I was met with dismissiveness and disrespect. To make matters worse, both the employee and the so-called manager chose to ignore my requests for assistance and remained in the back, displaying a complete lack of accountability and customer service. Given the incompetence, rudeness, and overall lack of professionalism displayed by the staff at Sudbury Hill Pizza Hut, I can no longer trust this establishment to prepare my food safely and accurately. It is evident that proper training and oversight are sorely lacking, and until these issues are addressed, I cannot in good conscience recommend this Pizza Hut location to others.

Horrendous Made an order in good fait £38:77 Rainham Kent. Arrived 35mins late stone cold inedible so thrown away. Pizza Hut and just eat now blame each other whilst I’m out of pocket and had to go and get my own food from elsewhere.

I feel the price I paid was appalling I feel the price I paid was appalling, 2 pizza's and 2 glasses of water, 1 Ice cream and £62 later! If I had known how much it was going to cost, I would have gone elsewhere. How can you charge so much??? As a pensioner this is a lot of money for me. I wonder if I have been over charged? Can pizza hut give me an answer please?

Poor quality,poor value Poor quality food ,very greasy under coating, app ordering was not a seemless process ether, and the cost showed a real disconnect between quality,value for money and happy customers. Nearly £63 for 2 pizzas and 3 coke refills is nothing to do with cost of living crisis but more to do with a money grab on sub standard products ,a real shame. However the staff were great, it's a pity the company is not doing more to provide a quality destination to go with the staffs great standards
