Heinz soups, internally corroded cans I have had several experiences of internally corroded Heinz soup cans, which renders the product unusable. I first found the problem in a can of their chicken soup. I wrote & complained to them & they apologised & sent me some vouchers. I had hoped that would be an end to it. However last week I found a can of mushroom soup, similarly corroded. Today, I had to open & dispose of, three further cans until I found one, which at least, looked to be ok. These were again, chicken x2 and a scotch broth. If all this is happening to just one person, how much of an issue is there on a national basis ? I have now lost all faith in the Heinz brand & will avoid there products from now on.

cheese square I don’t like their mayo, their ketchup is good and relish. But I love throwing a Kraft single onto my little brother’s forehead. I yell “kRAft sINGle” in a weird voice and toss it. It really traumatizes him.

Really!!!! Really is it too much to ask Kraft Heinz to put the plastic bags back in the Shake 'n Bake. I see I'm not the only one shaking their head. When gouging the public of late I see Heinz is right up front with the other miscreants......

What have you done with your Mayonnaise. What have you done with your delicious Mayonnaise? I would only buy Kraft for years, now I will have to find another brand. The last few jars I purchased were so thin, almost runny.

GLASS IN NO BAKE DESSERT GLASS IN NO BAKE DESSERT On June 11, 2020 I prepared No Bake York Peppermint Patty for my family. I prepared it according to their instructions, all packages were sealed inside the box. I seved it that night and discovered it had glass in it. Two of my family members are hemophilias. I had a cut inside my mouth from the glass in mine, my other 2 family members spit it out before swallowing, and thank goodness because they both had glass in theirs. I notified their customer relations and spent 20 mins answering questions. I was asked to measure and email pictures of the glass which I did. I was then was asked to mail it to their lab which I did. I was told it would take 2 months to get the results. The results were inconclusive and then I was asked to do a survey. I performed all these tasks and in the end I was offered reimbursement for the product. Considering if the two hemophiliacs had swallowed the glass, I would have been planning 2 funerals. Trust me Kraft Heinz is not about families and quality control and customer relations. All they care about is the bottom line and how much money they can make. I will NEVER purchase another No Bake product from them or any other produc with the Kraft Heinz name either. They CANNOT be trusted and they DON'T care about their customers. I spent many days and nights feeling terrible about serving this to my family because of their hemophilia. I personally felt they should have offered something monetary considering it could have ended much differently.
