GBLet's start a class-action law suit against these people There was someone in August who said they had a lawyer all ready to do a class-action law suit against this company. If they see this, please contact me. *They are 99% scam. Good luck finding a place that is still open, that actually takes the certificate AND where you can use more than $5 or $10! **If anyone wants to be involved in a class action law suit? GBA good idea but poorly executed A good idea but poorly executed. Customer service is severely lacking - don't think you can talk to anyone and it takes weeks or months for a reply. I purchased restaurant vouchers for vacation and the restaurant was closed. I've notified restaurant.com on 4-6 occasions and the restaurant is still showing as an option (permanently closed). But I get to exchange my voucher.... I won't make this mistake again. So much for their concern to make the experience good for us clients.

GBSelling certificates that aren't useable I wondered why I couldn't redeem my certificate at Kobam's Grill or Milano's Italian restaurant here in San Antonio so I wrote Restaurant.com and they answered back saying those 2 aren't accepting certificates anymore YET THEY ARE STILL LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE!!! SCAM SCUM. Get it together Restaurant.com or just shut it down!!!

GBSCAMMERS My bad . I didn’t check the reviews first . I bought 2 certificate for Mi Ranchito at 500 Denslowe Dr Reno Nv. And 2 certificate for Finbomb sushi at 681 S Virginia st Reno NV. Mi Ranchito restaurant don’t honor the certificate they say . There are New Owner. Then the finbomb sushi restaurant is close. When I went back to the restaurant.com site. It said I’ve use the certificate already totally SCAMMED.

GBCOMPLETE AND UTTER SCAM We need an ability to give zero stars for scam companies like this. I purchased one of their “gift cards” off a reputable site, so my bad, I didn’t check out the reviews first. I contacted The Weather Channel from where I purchased the card regarding them promulgating scam advertisers, and I contacted the Attorney General regarding the fraud committed by restaurant.com. PLEASE do not purchase anything from this sham of a “business”!
