GBDo Not Sign Up for 3 months The system "works" and if you follow it faithfully you might succeed. A member of my family did. However, do NOT pay for anything using their "up front three month save some money' pitch . After plunking down a thousand for three months, my family member developed allergic reaction to some ingredient and her doctor ordered her to cease. We assumed liability for what was sent and consumed. What you do not tell you is you won't get anything else refunded even if you have not received it. After countless phone calls and emails, they refunded just $400. "That's our policy" was the response. My advice is look to other high protein/low carb systems. Most importantly never send these folks money in advance. You will never see it again.

GBWARNING I don't even know where to begin but suffice to say, STEAR CLEAR! This company is very dishonest in the way they run their business. It says a lot when you try to call customer service but there is actually no option to speak with someone in customer service for an established account! Its also impossible to cancel an account on-line. You must submit a request and cross your fingers. Still have not heard back. Its a law suit waiting to happen!

GBThe other reviews are correct The other reviews are correct, the cs tries to tell you that you can NOT cancel after the first shipment and before the second. When I demanded they cancel it, there was a hidden $125 charge. This diet is mostly bars and highly processed tasteless food.

GBRead the fine print and don't trust them with your info Similar experience to the other reviews here. They try to charge you for canceling, then customer support tells you it's your fault for not reading the fine print. The food was about what you'd expect (not good), but atrocious online experience. I feel kind of bad for support reps because they're just regular people who represent terrible companies to make a living, but it was definitely a bad support experience as well. Telling the customer, "You should have read the fine print," is a lot like saying, "You should have known not to trust us." Lesson learned, Nutrisystem.

GBDid not receive notice of 2nd shipment… Did not receive notice of 2nd shipment and when I called was told I would be charged $520.00 for the food plus $425.00 cancellation fee, when asked to speak with mgr was not transferred. Food has too many carbs for me and did not help me lose any weight. Unable to opt out of emails I am now receiving from them.
