I have been into R’s Koso since January… I have been into R’s Koso since January 2021 and taking it as my daily breakfast replacement. I have done 3 days cleansing schedule too and it is effective on loosing weight, improving gut health. However this product is on expensive side, hence I may want to take a break time to time in the Koso subscription to match up my budget.

New ancient Japanese intermittent fasting drink This product caught my attention since I am Chinese and never come across this interesting product before! The variety of 100 different fruits, vegetables,seaweeds, mushrooms fermented with both probiotics and prebiotics captivated me. This concoction is purposefully made for cleansing and fasting, of which I do. I do intermittent fasting and utilize this to break my fast, especially on the longer 2-3 day fasts. Customer service chat support answered my queries honestly and the best he could, especially when I asked for certificate of authenticity for organic certification. Because it was made in Japan, he only can verify verbally it is natural, but could not prove to me it was pesticides, herbicides free. I was glad that I did not have to pay further duties and taxes when it arrived from USA into Canada through UPS courier services. The Koso(fermented drink) arrived in regular bubble wrapped package and inside was a plain box. When I read the instructions I panicked a bit because I didn’t have the proper measuring utensils to pour my it 30 millimeters into half a cup dosage. To my delight, after opening the box containing the bottle of koso, on the cap was a plastic measuring cup hung upside over it. It had the exact 30 mil required to make the drink. For those of you when have been to Asian or Chinese hot pot restaurants, where you dip veggies, meat, seafood, located in the middle of the table in a heated stew pot. They often serve what is called a sweetened plum juice drink. This koso tastes very similar to this! This drink did curb my hunger pangs, although for me, half a cup wasn’t enough and I drank a full cup with 2 shots of 30 millimeters instead. It is sweet, sugary but you need to mix or swirl the thick syrup like mixture using cold water, room temperature or filtered water. I didn’t use hot water since it might destroy the nutrients. Koso is a food based supplement, used for cleansing and not a meal replacement. I enjoyed it and it did not affect my fasting diet. I have been using it for two weeks so far after my long fasting periods. I am already down to half way through the bottle and if you follow their cleanse schedule this bottle will not last more than a month. I love this product and drink it every… I love this product and drink it every morning. What's impressive is that it's delicious and very healthy.
