About 4Patriots

4Patriots, LLC is an old-fashioned American success story. The company came to life at our kitchen table in Nashville, Tennessee with a notepad and pen. We had decided the soulless life of corporate America wasn’t for us, and that we wanted something more. We wanted to build something real; something that could really help people and provide real solutions to the problems that we, our families and our friends, encountered every day. Living on a shoestring budget, we used our savings to get started with our very first product, one that we knew could impact many people’s lives and get them on the road to greater self-reliance. We invested any profits we made right back into the company so we could continue to grow our business without borrowing a dime, and that’s how we continue to do business today. It might have taken us a little longer this way, but at the end of the day we’ve been able to build a thriving company that treats our customers and employees right. Today, not only do we offer a wide variety of great products that help our customers be more self-reliant and independent, but we’ve also been able to provide full-time jobs for over 200 people (and we’re still growing!). We feel blessed every day to work with such a dedicated team and to be able to impact the lives of so many people. At 4Patriots, we champion freedom and self-reliance. This is our core purpose and our mission. So how do we do it? We offer high-quality products that help our customers become more self-reliant and prepared. We follow the Golden Rule. I love everything I have ordered and feel prepared for emergencies I have been very pleased with the response time in receiving my orders. The products are of high quality and well made. I ordered 2 solar generators and 4 hand… I ordered 2 solar generators and 4 hand held solar chargers. It came in a kit with the free food. 8 months later, the power goes out, both units were charged by the wall outlet and NEITHER solar generator or the cell phone charges worked. I reached out to 4Patriots for an assistance, apparently, the “key” that allows functioning was not included in my kit. They said to use a “Nail file” or corner of a “plastic credit card” to operate since they don’t have any keys to send. REALLY? BS, I said to refund and they said to return all the items at my shipping expense. Nice, I donated the back up food (all GMO quality BTW) to the food bank, I guess i need ot get a client list and knock on the doors to get the food back.I guess, if you wan to invest over $1,800 for junk and non edible food, go head, shop away.

As others have said there is no… As others have said there is no customers service, I spend 34 min 1st time left my number 2 weeks later nothing ,called again 1hr24min again left number for call back ,nothing emailed 3 times again nothing .Now I do not trust their PRODUCTS .I am sending all back

I oredered a solar generator I oredered a solar generator. When i recieved it the generator had been damaged and touched up mwith paint to cover up the scratches. I've emailed them multiple times but have been ignored. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! GO TO ONE OF THE COMPETITORS!
