A box was missing in my shipment A box was missing in my shipment. I contacted customer service, expecting to have to wait a few days for a response and ready for a typical customer service run around - that didn't happen. Ana responded to my email in 30 minutes! She responded with care and concern, which came across as quite genuine and put my mind at ease about the shipment (this product is not cheap!) and about dealing with this company in the future. I'm always nervous about ordering product from overseas, but not from this company. Thanks for the fantastic customer service!

The BEST Formula & Company! Ordering from Organic Life is so easy! And the Hipp formula we get has truly been exceptional for our 8 month old baby. We’ve tried all the top brands and this is by far our favorite. So much so we’ve signed up for the autoship! 3x canisters every 5 weeks. The Hipp formula is made with only the best ingredients, mixes smoothly (no foaming or clumps), and is super easy on our baby’s digestion. Would highly recommend!

The prices and customer service have been super reliable. Now with my second child, we rely more on formula and I am not the best at forecasting inventory turnover! Recently, we were running low on formula and I placed my order too late and of course that sent me into a panic. I contacted Organic Life Start and let them know my situation and that I was low on formula for my daughter. They responded pretty immediately and not only expedited my order but also shipping to NY.
