GBOverall very nice. Alrighty then, The Smoked Trout Roe and the Rainbow Trout are / were delicious. The Salmon Roe was indeed buttery if a bit stronger in flavor than I was expecting. The Paddlefish Roe was a mixed reaction. The flavor of the eggs was lovely but the overall texture of mushiness was a true swing and a miss. Just zero pop to the individual eggs even if you could find a whole egg to pop. Still overall the different Roes we tried were very tasty. Cheers
