I believe I was one of Nordic Catch's… I believe I was one of Nordic Catch's earliest customers at my local farmer's market. From the beginning, Nordic Catch owners have been happy to explain where their fresh fish come from and how it's packaged. I rarely buy fish from anyone other than Nordic Catch now. It is always fresh and delicious. I think I have tried almost all the products but my favorites are the plain non marinated salmon, trout, arctic char.
