If you haven't tried "Cooter Rub" on a pork butt for smoking, you're missing out!!! My cousin in Maryland, Floridian, by birth, turned me onto this awesome Rub. Guys at work give me kudos! Kudos to Gator Hammock!! I'm a North Floridian redneck by the way.

GBFive stars isn’t enough!! Five stars does not do this amazing company justice! I emailed after hours to see if I could get a VERY last minute Christmas gift in time for the holidays. I wasn’t expecting a response back until the morning, if at all, but to my surprise I received an email back within the hour! Rich offered to look into overnighting me the product I wanted, which wasn’t an available shipping option on their site, and got back to me right away the next morning with overnight shipping costs. I have never received such prompt, polite, all around excellent customer service! I have told all my family about this wonderful company, and we won’t be buying rubs/spices/sauces from anywhere else! Thank you Rich for being a true Christmas hero, and an exceptional business man!

GBSo frustrating, can't place an order EDIT: I appreciate that the owner took the time to respond, and responded quickly. It's good to see they addressed the problem quickly, and obviously care about things being done right. I've upgraded my rating based on their attention. Synopsis of original: Could not place an order unless I ordered enough to qualify for free shipping. Even if I wanted to pay the shipping, I was unable to order.
