GBI have received Roots spice I have received Roots spice. In my opinion Roots Spice are: 1. Very attractive packaging and spices are packed in air tight containers. For powders like turmeric too tough to open. Glass jar with plastic perforation sugested. 2. very high quality spices. 3. Kashmiri Saffron very high quality both in aroma and color. 4. Used in Marathi Dish called Shrikahand. Compared to Spanish saffron the Saffron from Roots spice was 4 times stronger in flavor and aroma.
