Giving 4 stars because somehow there’s always food in the melty water of my shipping container when I receive it. It looks/smells like chicken broth which weirds me out because the food containers should be more sealed than to allow for that.

Outstanding Customer Service I had technical issues last week unbeknownst to me with my subscription plan. It appeared I ordered my meals, gave me a thank you for ordering, but the order never went through. Cristen attempted to reach out Sunday night when my order wasn't in but I didn't get it. When I reached out in concern after seeing my no pick order Cristen was extremely prompt as providing a solution and then also troubleshooting the issue which was a cart malfunction to prevent another issue going forward. Cristen went above and beyond - personal service matters. I love supporting a local business and Power Plate Meals keeps this busy mom of 3 eating healthy all week long.

I love PPM! Power Plate Meals has been a staple for me for at least a year and a half now. Their meals are low-calorie, high in protein, and delicious! I incorporated them into my diet and lost a significant amount of weight. The power plate meals were one of the key changes that I made! My favorite meal is the Bacon Cheddar Meatballs! You need to try this place if you want delicious healthy options!

Shipping concerns The food, portion size, and nutritional quality and info are amazing - five stars. Where things could use improvement is the shipping. I’ve done a handful of meal and grocery services, and Hungryroots shipping would be worth looking into. They are able to ship the merchandise in a way that limits waste and keeps things cold. The amount of styrofoam and gel packs are really disheartening to dispose of each week. There are freezer packs out there that double as plant food which is awesome.
