GBOnTrac is a terrible shipper My review is less about snapkitchen than it is about OnTrac, but both meal deliveries from OnTrac that I received when subscribed to snapkitchen were days late which is unacceptable for perishable meals. Doesn't matter how good the meal service is if they use a shipper that is constantly days late.

GBThe only meals you need… I use Snap Kitchen as my main meal source for lunch and dinner. Their meals are so big I use only 1/2 at a time. I love their variety and the good nutrition I receive. As a single person who is not wanting to cook single meals Snap Kitchen has been a life saver. Thanks!!!!

Love the Barbeque chicken tenders! Thank you 2. Love the individual Chicken and Salmon proteins! 3. Love the Salmon choices. 4. Love the individual cauliflower & Broccoli items. 5. Please make sure that the broccoli is cut into bit-size pieces versus a large stalk. This will make eating healthy meals on the go quicker and easier for handicapped individuals with dexterity issues. 6. Please review your Chicken Terrikayi and the Buddha bowl and how much shredded carrots are used. There are times when you open the meal and it the vegetables are only shredded carrots and 2 pieces of broccoli. For the prices of the meal, this should be a balanced amount. 7. The Stir Fry Chicken meal for 4 - please check the broccoli as it was going bad and again the number of carrots used was out of ratio to the broccoli. The price of the meal should warrant more broccoli versus shredded carrots. 8. The Lemon Roasted Salmon, an absolute favorite, however for the price there should be more peas included in the rice. 9. The Broccoli Parmesan was recently changed to a meal for 4 versus the smaller size and the price doubled. Please consider bringing back the smaller size as doubling the price seems too high and one cannot eat that much broccoli before it goes bad. This is even if you portion it out. GBThis company does not care about their customers If you like doing business with robots then go ahead. I contacted them way before my order even shipped asking them to please move my order to the following week due to the fact that I had to go out of town to deal with a family medical emergency. Things happen in life and they are stressful enough to deal with. I did not want a box full of food to be left to rot in front of my door in Houston's summer heat for 5 days. I simply asked as a one time thing to move my order to next week due to extra ordinary circumstances... this is the first time I have ever felt with such a heartless company. They absolutely did not care about the situation and told me that even though the food was not going to be shipped for days it didn't matter they wouldn't budge and won't move the delivery date. I'm a business owner as well and I always try to help my customers and be understanding. Snap kitchen is all about hiding behind certain policies and they do not care of their customers need a little help in case something unexpected happens to them. I did not ask for a refund, simply to ship it later. I was told a categoric NO! So I cancel my subscription and a box of food will rot in front of my door for the next 5 days while I'm in the hospital with a family member ... thanks Snap kitchen , I will NEVER give them my business again.
