Prime initially felt like a lot of… Prime initially felt like a lot of work, fees and hoops, but after dealing with them for the past year, I can honestly say that I wouldn't have felt as confident in moving forward with my fledgling business endeavors. So they are worth every fee (which isn't that much honestly) and they got rid of most of the hoops that I would've had to jump through. DYLAN BERLANGIERI ADVISE Dylan Berlangieri was easy to communicate, respectful, kind, very knowledgeable about the setup of an LLC, and ensured I understood what he explained to me. He made himself available for any other questions that may arise after our initial call. When I was about to register my LLC after its creation I found out that they use a different state than the one I used on my LLC and Dylan was able to get that resolved by dissolving the initial LLC created and then reissuing again with the correct address. He was able to get that corrective action for me at no additional expense from my original investment. I am very glad to have met Dylan and be doing business with him without a doubt.
