customer service… my debit card was used fradulently and I could not get anyone that actually could help me. Customer service is not friendly or helpful. I tried everyday for 2 weeks with no results!!!

Did you know Shipt does upcharges on… Did you know Shipt does upcharges on items and doesn't do sale prices and adds sales tax??My shopper accidentally gave me the store receipt and I was charged about $30 more for my items plus I paid the shipping membership, plus a tip on the higher total (no major issue)plus she missed an item(not terrible but added $4 and I had to get that refunded). Just upset at all the hidden costs.

Thankful for the service.it’s needs… Thankful for the service.it’s needs some improvements but overall good idea.I like the target app delivery by Shipt shopper and the helpful tools to shop and keep me updated. Needs a non-biased or fair reporting for issues or similar to this. It should not affect the customer or shopper as much as it does. Like opportunity for training or improvement should be part of the job not some way a punishment. Like I as the customer shouldn’t take the full responsibility, cost for things out of my control. Cool features to make shopping easier online and communicate with shopper with text because I need that option.

I was amazed at how personable, efficient, and prompt she is, also keeping me in the loop with updates and checking to see if I needed anything else. I would certainly hire Cassy in a heartbeat. Shipt is great Shipt is great! I think the only people that have problems with their orders are the ones that don’t tip!!! Why would anyone go shopping for you when you don’t TIP! Tipping in some things has gotten out of hand! But when someone is grocery shopping for you!!! Rain or shine! And you don’t tip or tip $5 for a full cart of groceries! Yea good luck! Your orders will NEVER BE ON TIME!!! I have people I know that do shipt orders and they keep track of bad tippers!!! So as much as it may bother you. Get up your behind and go do your own grocery shopping if you don’t want to tip!
