Run don't walk away from this company Run don't walk away from this company. They promise 14 day delivery of items won in auction yet you can expect to wait 4 weeks or longer for items. And when you ask questions you get blocked. The pick up location (Uncle Wiener's) in Lethbridge is of no help for any questions and they conveniently plead ignorance. Not worth the effort or frustration.

I’ve been going to this location for… I’ve been going to this location for well over thirty plus years back when it was convenient and jet and now magasaver never had a problem but now they hire new people and ask for my ID mind you I’m sixty years old and look like it. the woman has a real attitude even when she speaks she shows it to people all I can say is if I get treated like this any longer I don’t have a problem with taking my business and money elsewhere if you can’t show compassion or courtesy to customers maybe you don’t work for them at all this drives business away!

Very disappointed in the Gazebo & the… Very disappointed in the Gazebo & the non response to my many emails and messages to the Mega Saver's Outlet company. My Wife and Daughter went into the Edmonton Store and purchased a Gazebo. 2 Gentlemen came out to put it all together for us. While putting it together the wire broke and the wind up thing that makes the umbrella go up and down does not work. One of the guys came back the next day to fix it. It did work for a few days and after 3 times only of opening and closing it.... The wire broke again. I think that the guy just did a patch job to get it working. I have left several messages and emails to this company to see if we could get a guy out to fix it. I have had no response from anyone from Mega Save's Outlet. I even went into the Edmonton Store to talk to a Manager and I was told that because it was over 14 days that I would have to email head office at Customer Service. Like I stated before No one has gotten back to me, I have left my Cell number and my email address. I really would love some one from Mega Saver's Outlet to get in touch with me and stand behind the product you are selling. Just got an email back finally from Customer Service and in a nut shell they said because it broke because of installation mistake there is nothing we can do. My reply to them was that it was people at there store that come out to put it together and broke it... Not me... Nothing we could do, nice answer. Great Customer Service. ( Not ) I will never buy anything from this place again and I will warn all of you not to as well. You will not be taken care of... Buyer beware.

Mega savers is a great place to shop… Mega savers is a great place to shop and their customer service is very helpful. I had a misunderstanding with picking up my auction items and they solved it for me.

Worst company in Omaha, ne Worst company to work for. They treat there employees like crap! Harrass there employees and the managers at office let the phone guys verbally sexual assault the girl co workers. DONT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY GO TO BUCKY, KWIK TRIP, Q T BEFORE APPLYING FOR THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY!!!
