GBA Delicious Experience The ordering system is easy, with great descriptions of the meals. Shipping was quick and receipt of the package happened withing a couple of days. I have tried three dishes so far: they all are delicious. The prices are reasonable, as well.

GBDelivery was timely with daily times of… Delivery was timely with daily times of delivery to our home. Products came perfectly. Taste was excellent and nothing missing. Easy to order and receive.

GBDisappointed The food arrived frozen solid. The flounder with spinach was not edible. Dry, tasteless, just unappealing. Perhaps because it froze? We have not tried other meals in this shipment yet. We requested that we be called upon delivery as a notification. We have made this request 3 times and it is well documented. It is hard for us to keep walking to the door to check. No call again.

GBNO MORE BREAKFAST CUSTOMIZING I was ready to place my 5th order because I loved their service and food. I had my favorites that I would re-order. I loved that you could customize your meals. I loved their breakfasts and that you could customize them because most have items on them that I do not like. But all of a sudden you can no longer customize breakfasts so I can no longer order from them. I don't really understand why they would make such a drastic change and ruin a good thing when they had it. Well, they just lost a good customer that would have ordered for years to come.

GBCustomer service is horrible Customer service is horrible. 15 meals purchased, there packaging changed. THere were no sleeves on meals so shrink wrap plastic no protected and 5 meals had frozen seal broken. Emailed and got a response that they are away of change in packaging as they ran out of the cardboard protective sleeves. SO they admit they have a issue with packaging, but offered no refund for the 5 meals that had food exposed from plastic seals being ripped. THey make a great product but customer service is horrible and they do not want to keep customers... Have all the emails proving they admitted a huge issue, but refuse to take responsibility for there issues.
