Deliciously easy! First time ordering and meals were… First time ordering and meals were beyond delicous. Great quality, good portions and so flavorful. Reusable insulated food tote meals came in made it super easy to bring inside. I also like that meals are not delivered frozen.

It is very convenient and not bad It is very convenient and not bad, but they don’t taste like restaurant meals at all. Flavor is lacking somehow. Peruvian foods don’t taste like they should be and some of my favorite foods i liked before have changed their flavor or ingredients and don’t taste the same. Not sure if it because the volume of orders has increased or because of overall increase in food prices in the US and the company doesn’t want to put additional cost on clients. Anyhow, it could be better, but i’m still with them

Cook Unity Customer Service I use CU pretty regularly - they make things easy and simple and offer a good variety of food options. But where they really stand out is the customer service. I found myself traveling unexpectedly on a day when meals were supposed to be delivered and they were able to delay the deliveries until I returned, which is a big ask given all the logistics involved in getting these meals out to everyone on-time. They are quick to respond to customer service respects and always helpful!

Most of the meals are delicious but... Most of the meals are delicious and a somewhat reasonable portion. They send reminders to place your order. If you dont order on time they appear to send random items instead of favorites so you can end up with something you dont want. The cost per order is kinda high. Sometimes they let you know shortly before they are going to arrive and sometimes not.

I can't recommend CookUnity enough I can't recommend CookUnity enough. I have used Factor75 in the past and this blows them out of the water. The food is so delicious-everything I ordered was fantastic and so fresh tasting. I am an omnivore but the vegetarian/vegan dishes that I ordered were just as tasty and filling as the meat/fish dishes. I love the vast array of choices. The time saved in grocery shopping, prep, cooking and clean up and just the mental labor of figuring out what to make/eat it's well worth the price per meal.
