GBAvoid Daily Harvest I would love to leave a glowing review for Daily Harvest, but DH decided to substitute all but 1 of my items (and shorted me an item) and didn't bother to tell me until after it was delivered. Not giving customers what they order and pay for is part of the DH fine print policy. Oh, and they have yet to make it right. I ate one banana cacao bite and I'm so sick now and the back of my throat is burning. What the heck...

GBI do like the convenience I do like the prepared smoothies, I like the convenience of the frozen meals. That I can get multiple servings of the grains and pastas is nice. Things I dislike is the flavor of the noodles, the lack of flavor of the flatbreads, and the flavors of some of the things that are tomato-based like the bolognese

GBI have been working out for 20+ years I have been working out for 20+ years. I could not get myself in the shape I wanted. Finally, I started eating right with Daily Harvest! My shape has definitely changed. When they say it is 80% of what you eat. This is so true. Try this because it will change the way you feel and look!

GBI love getting my daily harvest! I love getting my daily harvest every week. I can switch up the options to never get bored. As a gluten free vegetarian, sometimes my options are limited, but not with daily harvest. My only complaint is that if my box does not get immediately into the freezer, the packaging and seals sometimes fall apart and can break open in the box, so I lose some of the ingredients.

GBLoyal customer to Daily Harvest for… Loyal customer to Daily Harvest for 5+yrs. They always provided me with my smoothies when I wanted and a simple "skip" when I didn't. The problem is: After being a loyal, consecutive customer for 5+ years, however, they suddenly just started charging my card and sending boxes of smoothies - abruptly stopping their text reminders. I called and was told these charges were non-refundable, citing the fact that I'd been a "long time customer, no longer eligible to receive 'skip text' options". This is absurdity, complete opposite of customer loyalty, faulting as opposed to rewarding loyalty. They didn't flinch in fact seemed happy that I was canceling. What a joke, again I do believe they've been bought out. Yrs ago I had a similar experience, they forgot to send the "skip" reminder text, were super apologetic and comped the order due to their mistake. Now they're above that. Especially to long time loyal customers. Trust me use another good hearted company that hasn't sold out like this.
