NLGiven the circumstances... Other than chopping salad ingredients we did none of the cooking during the workshop. We suspect this was due to recent Covid measures, bit this was not communicated to us beforehand. Because of keeping distance it was hard to see what Parisa was doing exactly. Overall the food was decent and the host friendly. But we would have loved to learn more about the culture rather than getting some quick hacks.

NLWould definitely recommend this experience Parisa is a charismatic and creative teacher, who taught us the beauty of simple Persian cooking. I had no idea rose water added such a nice touch to so many different recipes. Despite the difficulty of hosting a workshop during COVID-19 times, Parisa was thoughtful in making sure we all felt safe and set up the space very carefully. Would definitely recommend this experience for an individual with a palette for good food, or someone looking for a special way to spend quality time with a loved one.

NLThis food is OK but do not attend the workshop This food is OK, but lack a real Iranian touch or taste. The workshop is a waste of time or money, unless you have nothing else to do, and needs to kill your time. The host provide very little information about Iranian culture and food, moreover she misses key Iranian integridient.
