Excellent quality Excellent quality, cats immediately liked it, beautiful. One cat got in and enjoyed it tremendously and my second had to come destroy that experience, kicked her out, dragged it to the middle of the floor, and immediately curled up and fell asleep on top of it. What a jerk. I’m going to have to buy another to keep the peace in this house.

Highly Recommend Feltcave This is the second Feltcave I’ve purchased: my cats just love them! I had previously purchased a cave from a European supplier but the Nepalese once are way more substantial and hold their shape. I highly recommend Feltcave.

Rainbow coloured Feltcaves - My kittens love them! I bought two feltcaves for my two bengal kittens. The feltcaves are really well made, spacious, colourful and of great quality. My kittens absolutely love playing and relaxing in them. The delivery was fast, I would really recommend buying a feltcave for your cat. I was also given a felt mouse with the purchase which both my kittens love to play with! I really recommend Feltcave!

Fabulous fabric and the mice are like "the Real Thing" Our discriminating taste big boy 2 year old cat is very fussy about what he selects to play with. He goes wild over the fabric and treats the mice like real mice. He loves them but the poor mice get destroyed and so we keep getting more. Our gentle little girl meows the same meow that a cat meows when bringing home a real mouse. The are both indoor cats but that instinct is there.

Twice - never rcv’d my order August 2023, I placed an order for 2 feltcaves, but never received them. Thankfully I ordered through PayPal and after several unsuccessful attempts to recover my money directly from feltcave, PayPal refunded me. I was hoping (naively) that it was just a fluke, so on October 29, 2023, I placed another order directly with my credit card unfortunately. The item has never shipped, and any attempts to contact them via email results in bounce back messages. I’ve even reached out on Instagram direct messages and on their posts. I was willing to give them a second shot because they had a decent trust pilot score and I know a lot of cat owners who have purchased before. Now I’m going to have to go through the hassle of calling my credit card company to dispute the charge. I would not recommend buying anything from them.
