The feltcave is really nice, customer service is not. The feltcave is really nice. Cat went bazooka on it. Mostly playing with the cave, not yet sleeping in it. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wrote customer service directly after my order but I never got a reply. I had a question about my order (about 4 free mouses, but because they did not answer my question, I did not receive the 4 free mouses as promoted).

Best Feltcave ever My first purchase directly through Feltcave fell through as the item was not available. I then ordered through Amazon and got prompt delivery. Amazing felt cave, bigger and better than I expected. My cat went in immediately and loves her cave and the toy it came with.
