GBI did not get the food I ordered I did not get the food I ordered. I got some random meals and some were already expired. I tried to call multiple times and could not get through. After emailing, I was given credit. I did not want credit, I wanted a partial refund so I could close my account. This happened about 6 weeks ago, and I have not received a refund and have not been updated. When I inquired about the status of my refund, I was basically told it’s in process. The food tasted good, but I would not order here again because of the terrible service.

GBNo resolution No resolution. 5 or 6 tickets open which you just kept closing. Went through bank to get my money back.

GBGreat customer service!!… I am taking the time to update my review because I will say EatClean does have great customer, service as a manager, Diane, called me to fix the situation… Hopefully tomorrow I will receive all the large meals as I am supposed to receive for the trouble I went through she gave me a great discount and I really appreciate it. It definitely is keeping me as a customer with EatClean!—thank you Diane!!😊😊

GBTastes great! I really like the easiness of the website. The meals are some of the best I've tasted for meal delivery. I've tested several in the last month and Eat Clean's meals test fresh and flavorful. Will definitely order from them again!

GBNot Worth The Money The first order I received from EatClean was delicious, delivered in a timely manner, and the meals were all correct. However, my second set of meals were all bland, any meat in the meals was chewy, and I had to add my own ingredients to make it even edible. It was delivered very late on a Wednesday night, this only giving me about 6 days to eat the meals. On top of it all, 3 of the meals were incorrect. For this reason, I will not be continuing my subscription and will be finding help elsewhere.
