The customer service and reporting was superb! The customer service was superb. Jeff contacted me directly to find out what I needed, and followed up with me after the report was completed. He took the time to answer all my questions, until I had everything I needed to know. Also, the report was well done, and payment, and emails all went perfectly smoothly. This was a good experience, and well worth it for me to gain important knowledge about how my reference was rating me.

Highly recommend for completeness and quickness of the reference report I was very happy with the reference checking service at Allison & Taylor.
