GBExceptional service and great seafood When FedEx delivered my order to the wrong address, Sea to Table customer service was amazing. They immediately shipped out a replacement order. When the second delivery also has issues and was delayed 2 days, customer service assured me that if the seafood was not fresh when it arrived, they’d replace it as well. The fish was so well packed, it arrived still partially frozen. All seafood I’ve gotten from S2T has always been to quality. Can’t recommend them more highly.

GBGreat seafood - better customer service! We’ve been getting Sea2Table now for about 3 years. The seafood is very good and the portions are great for the two of us. But what is head and shoulders above the rest is customer service. Twice our package has been lost or destroyed. I reached out to customer service and they reshipped the order - no questions asked. Customer service is always quick to respond and always helpful. I would give 10 stars if I was allowed.

GBI like how I can decently customize… I like how I can decently customize what I am getting, Fish is packaged well and arrives in dry ice. Their customer service gets a 20 out of 10, responds immediately and is very helpful. Fish has always been fresh and tastes amazing. My boxes usually consist of tuna, Salmon and Halibut.

GBGreat quality and delivery! The quality and delivery was great- as I'd hoped. I was nervous about the transit time, however, the recycled packing insulation and dry ice worked perfectly to keep my order frozen through the delivery process. The quality of the seafood ( so far) has been great. Customer service via email has been very responsive to my questions as well. I do recommend this sustainable seafood company!
