Good store; Good people I recently purchased a gorgeous fumed downstem from The Cave Smoke Shop. The item shipped immediately and arrived safely, but it had a small defect that hindered its functionality. I sent a pic of my issue, and within two hours a Cave CSR called me to ask how they could resolve the problem.
