Limited supply items not set aside while waiting for order fullfillment. Placed an order. One of the items(capsule caddy) ended up being out of stock. One of the items in my order was in stock at the time I placed my order(limited run of mushroom top) and it was not put aside for my order. When the capsule caddy was back in stock a few weeks later, the mushroom just went out of stock. My order should have been prepared at the time of purchase with in stock items while waiting on the one out of stock item, but was not and made me miss out on a limited run glass piece.

Every experience I have had with planet of the vapes has been great, and my experience with solan was even better . Thank you for everything and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

They always have the accessories I need… They always have the accessories I need for my volcano, always prompt delivery and prices are great. I could shop in Calgary where I live but planet of vapes has way better prices.
