Great business with good prices. My go to at the moment. Great products at good prices. I wish the inventory was a little larger with higher end stuff as well. But who can honestly stock that stuff and make a profit. More e juice choices would be nice as well, but they have a lot. Shipping is decent, I'm impatient so always want it faster but across the country takes about 5 days. I'm a repeat customer. If you see something you like buy it, they are legit.

This company is awesome!!!! This company is awesome. Ordered some juice I have had zero luck finding anywhere else. Also ordered a new RTA. Shipping was super fast and packed good. Upon receiving my order I notice I was sent the wrong shade of red tank. Put in a support ticket which was closed out in less than 1 hour and I received the right tank 2 days later!!! Can't beat that for customer service.

Bad supplies/inventory I recently placed an order for 5 Hyde One disposable vapes and a battery for my mod. The entire order was bad. I was sent very old inventories of the Hyde One's and they all were burnt. Also,the battery was old as well. I contacted customer service,their reply was they would make good on the order by resending the order. Once the order arrived they only sent 3 Hyde One's and no battery. The 3 Hyde one was also old and burnt. I'm very displeased with my experience with this company and thought you guys should know!!

Communication & Value 5 stars for communication and value I saved shopping here. 4 stars for the minor inconvience. They did not have an item I wanted after placing my order. They contacted me via email and I was able to speak to a person via phone. Placed an order again for a replacement item they did have and ended up getting both. Shipping is BEYOND fair. Prices are amongst the best ive seen. I will be shopping here again.

After I received a call & customer… After I received a call & customer service was very nice. I think they noticed my review. They offered to refund my money or send me something else. I chose to receive something else & received it promptly. I didn’t expect this at all. My overall experience was very good. Hope this helps.
