Poor customer service. Defective product. After 2 days my mod started overheating. I emailed Flawless, no answer. I tried to call, always busy. I am stuck with a product I cannot use. One side of battery works and the other side doesn't causing it to become extremely hot. I tried several different sets of batteries with the same results.

Delivery was fast and the prices absolutely cannot be beat. I live in New England and there's a vape shop on every street here. Prices are really inflated.. I'm a loyal customer now !
