Really?? EVERY rating on Smokea site is 5 star? There are only 5 star reviews on Smokea web site?!? I wrote a review with 2 stars and they did not post it. From the rating on Trustpilot, I'm not the only one who has a less than 5 star experience. My review did not contain inappropriate language, threats, or spam, unless they deem anything less than 5 stars as inappropriate.

Great product, bad delivery this time Good product. Competitive pricing. 1st two deliveries acceptable delivery dates. 3rd shipment delivered two days later than projected. Their auto shipping message was misleading and they did not answer my concern regarding questionable delivery date. Minus one star for inaccurate delivery date. Minus one star for not responding to my inquiry. Otherwise five star like first two deliveries.

Broke the third time I used it just in my hand Once it was heated, I reached out to this company to let them know that this product only lasted 3 uses and because it wasn't broken during shipping and I had used it. They refused to replace or discount another one I think that's bad business practice to Sell sub par products... Unfortunately, when I purchase a new one, it won't be from them. At the very least, a warning that glass may break at any time should be put on their products.
