Great customer service. Grey service. This order was correct but I have had the wrong order and they corrected it no problem. I thought I didn’t get an order once but the new carrier placed it in a different location. Happy hemp was willing to send me a new order, but I did find it and notified them it was my mistake. No email or chat provided on website I don't like that it takes them so long to deliver their item to me. Yes it's free shipping but still it shouldn't take two weeks. I don't like that there's no way to contact them by email or chat on their website. Yes there is a phone number and I have tried calling it and every time it hangs up on me. Please give us a way to contact you easily yes I could look up your email on Google but I don't think I should have to I think it should be provided I haven't got your item yet I've been waiting so I can't say whether I like or dislike your product.

Great gummies with fast shipping! Very fast shipping, but there could of been a geographical reason to explain that. The product I received was exactly what I was expecting. I received the order before I heard a response from anyone in customer service (4 days)... so that's why it's 4 stars because the product itself deserves a 5.
