Great Experience When they told me earlier this year that they were under new management and everything will be new and improved shipping wise, I was cautiously optimistic. But they were right! Arrived within a week from the other side of the US. Had everything I wanted in stock. Their customer service has been amazing when I dealt with them in the past. Will always buy from here for as long as I vape! Seriously cannot say enough good things about this place.

Everything was great Everything was great. I have ordered several times and shipping almost always arrives within a few days. I always get the correct items and most of the time there is a sale going on. The only thing would be the shipping charges but overall would highly recommend.

Definitely worth it The only negative was the shipping so give yourself a couple of extra days but wasn’t ejuice fault it was USPS. Besides that the cost and product is awesome! And when I called about the shipping time, (easy to contact them) I talked to a young lady who was very helpful and concerned about my order. I will definitely be using them from here out and I will recommend them highly!

Very positive experience first time ordering This was my first time ordering from eJuice Direct and I must say I was extremely pleased and impressed! My order was processed the next day first thing in the morning. They were right on top of it so you can tell they care a great deal for their customer's satisfaction. My tracking was updated everyday throughout the day so I always knew what was going on. When my package arrived, they had it wrapped so neat and perfectly. It was in the right sized box so my products were in great condition. The two devices I purchased were wrapped in bubble wrap and taped so they wouldn't get damaged along the way. They take great pride in making their customers feel satisfied. The prices are extremely fair and they have so much in stock. I was quite impressed! Prices and selection was great. This was my first time ordering from here. Was skeptical at first but overall experience was great. Prices were fair and selection was amazing. Only wished standard shipping was shorter.
