I had a defective piece and when I contacted the company to let them know, I was responded to immediately with a kind and quick email stating they would replace the piece no problem and will send a new one out "tomorrow". Quartz broke so easy I had it for two days it rolled off my foot tall coffee table in its case that is suppose to protect it and it broke. I could see if it wasn’t in the case but come on so how am I supposed to like this product. Or maybe I should of went with the titanium one but your site reassured me to think I could treat my self with the quartz. In all if they are all that flimsy and break that easy this is not a product for me nor will I recommend it.
