I ordered what I wanted and it was… I ordered what I wanted and it was delivered on schedule with no problems. However there were no manual or instructions. But it was just a pipe/lighter built into one. So not too hard to figure out.

Quartz broke so easy I had it for two days it rolled off my foot tall coffee table in its case that is suppose to protect it and it broke. I could see if it wasn’t in the case but come on so how am I supposed to like this product. Or maybe I should of went with the titanium one but your site reassured me to think I could treat my self with the quartz. In all if they are all that flimsy and break that easy this is not a product for me nor will I recommend it.
