#1 Vape Store on the Web If you're like me, you shop online and sadly what we order is not what shows up on our doorstep ... 3 weeks later! Vapor Authority is by far the BEST… Vapor Authority is by far the BEST online vape store to buy from. I have dealt with other vape stores and unfortunately have received bottles that expired over a year ago which is a HUGE waste of money but not with Vapor Authority, everything they send me is up to date, packaged extremely well and I couldn't ask for faster shipping. Vapor Authority I have been using Vapor Authority for a while now and never had a problem with my orders. But my last purchase had a different flavour to what i usually receive. So i decided to email Vapor Authority as to find out if there was an explanation. I very quickly received a reply from Adam from customer relations. 2 very quick emails later the issue i had was resolved. What can i say? Excellent customer service from a top company. I will not go anywhere else for all my vaping needs. 5 stars thank you guys.

My new vape store! I don't write reviews ofter but when a company comes through you gotta give them credit. They actually reached out to me to let me know about some big problems with Fedex. Im pretty busy so I didn't even notice but my package was about a week late. I just thought it was super professional that they contacted me and so now since my order arrived and everything is perfect I'm happy. Great prices too!

The best vape shop I been buying from Vapor Authority for over 2 years now. These guys know the meaning of customer service. I could easily buy from local vape shops near me but when it comes to price and selection they are hands down the best. Customer service is awesome if you call or email them their response is quick. There are other online vape companies but if you run into any problems good luck getting it resolved or reaching anyone. Quick response, great price, fast shipping, and excellent customer service what more can you ask for.
