Can't make this sound less fake, but it's actually really good I was worried but they are unbelievable! Normal delivery still showed p as priority in 4 days, price more than 40 dollars below anywhere else and a free quality grinder as well. Will buy from them again!

They email expired promotional codes Attempted to purchase some items 3 hours after receiving a promotional email. The website would not accept the promotional code provided in the email for the items in the same email. When emailing for help, I was informed the promotion had already ended?! Why send an email for promotion that's already over?? Very sketchy and I will not be doing business with this company.

Great customer service, as always! I ordered a glass bubbler and a couple other small things and as always, they included some great candy and stickers! Unfortunately, the bubbler had a small crack. It probably would have been fine but I was so scared of the possibility of breathing in glass and they were so nice and shipped a new one to me at no cost! They even included more candy in the package <3. Thanks PuffItUp people, I appreciate you.

Amazing 2nd experience Initially had a bad experience with this company due to misunderstanding with the associate. They’ve since then reached out and made things right. This rep went above and beyond and certainly changed my thoughts on this company.
